The Arkansas Department of
Environmental Quality helps individuals dispose of
small amounts of contained, unwanted mercury from
homes, schools or offices. ADEQ staff takes the mercury
to a recycler. ADEQ will pick up unwanted mercury
if:
It is in an unbroken container.
It was not used in a factory
or an industrial or commercial process.
